Career and Employment Guidance Bureau

The College runs a career employment guidance bureau for guiding the students to choose their career course for higher studies & for their personality development.

College Magazine/Wall Magazine

College magazine "Shivdarshan" and wall magazine are run by an editorial board consisting of members of staff and students who have a flair for writing.

Dress Code/Uniform

The college has decided that all students of junior college including M.C.V.C., senior college UG & PG students should strictly follow the dress code/uniform. Violation will attract disciplinary action.

Guardian Teacher Scheme

On joining the college each student is placed under the personal supervision and guidance of a teacher who acts as a friend, philosopher and mentor, and keeps a record of the students' progress. Every Student should contact his/her guardian teacher regularly. For getting Scholarships, Free ships, Admission Cards, etc. Clearance from the Guardian Teacher is mandatory.

Identity Card

All the students of the college shall have to wear (pin up) the identity card compulsorily during college hours in the college premises, failing which action will be taken. Students are advised to collect I-card from admission committee and keep a recent photograph of size 3.1/2 x 2.1/2 cm Stamp size (B/w) photo ready with them at the time of admission.

Vigilance in College Campus

The College Campus is monitored by teachers daily, shift-wise, to ensure the smooth running of the College and to crub outsiders' disturbance. Tresspassers are not allowed. Students are advised to cooperate with the Vigilance committee by wearing I-Cards and dissuading their friends from frequently visiting the College.

Value Education

In order to curb social evils especially relating to women/girls and to inculcate moral values, the college takes special efforts through N.S.S. & other programs, from time to time. For curbing eve-teasting the college has ex tented its co-operation to local bodies.

Network Resource Centre (NRC)

The College has a full-fledged Network Resource Centre (NRC) with computers Broadband internet facility. All the stake holders should take advantage of this facility. For details contact the Librarian and computer Department

Research Facility

The College has university recognized research laboratories in Physics, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology & Chemistry with recognized research supervisors in these subjects Research scholars should avail of these facilities.
